Terms and Conditions

USE OF THE HEALTH CLUB FACILITIES

For clients who are having treatments but not staying in the hotel you are welcome to use all the Health Club facilities for an hour before or after your treatment. Use of the facilities is for the client having the treatment only and non-transferrable.

ARRIVAL

If you are using the facilities of the Health Club after your treatment, please arrive 15 - 20 minutes before the scheduled treatment time.

GUEST SUPPLIES

We provide towels, robes and slippers and our changing room has a good range of toiletries – please remember to bring swimwear with you if you are using the pool, steam or sauna.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy is 100% of the treatment fee for cancellations within 24 hours. This includes bookings made via vouchers. Cancellations are required via e-mail or by telephoning the Health Club reception.

CHILDREN

The minimum age for all treatments is 18 – children are not permitted within the Health Club facilities.

DOGS

Except for service dogs, pets are not permitted within the Health Club.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

One Aldwych does not accept liability for any loss or damage whilst using the Health Club.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

We aim to maintain a tranquil and private environment for our clients, therefore the use of mobile phones is prohibited within the Health Club. Please note that taking photographs without the prior permission of a member of the Health Club team is not permitted.

FOOD AND DRINK

We request that no food or drink is consumed within the Health Club.

ACCESS RESTRICTION

One Aldwych reserves the right to refuse access to anyone on the grounds of alcohol or drugs or abusive behaviour to a member of the Health Club or Hotel staff.
